Daves Offroad Supply has created a Spring Return Program

in order to assist all our customers in getting the perfect springs for their application!



Spring Return Policy

Spring Returns Valid on Viper Coil Springs & Magnitude Performance Coil Springs

Spring Returns will be accepted within 90 days of original sale date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Spring Returns will be subject to a $10 PER SPRING RESTOCKING FEE.

Springs CANNOT be driven on, springs only used for mock up/ride height checks will be accepted for return. 

Springs with paint in poor condition will NOT be accepted for Return.

Springs must be returned in NEW condition. Springs returned in USED condition will not be eligible for return.


Springs must be originally purchased from Daves Offroad Supply to qualify for spring return.

Custom Color Springs are not eligible for return. (Viper: Black, Red) (Magintude: Silver)

Daves Offroad Supply reserves the right to decline any spring return.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on spring returns.

Please call (484-554-3584) or email ([email protected]) us prior to returning springs to get approval. You will also be provided with a spring exchange authorization number.

Spring Exchange/Return Policy

Spring Exchanges/Returns Valid on Viper Coil Springs & Magnitude Performance Coil Springs


Spring Exchanges/Returns will be accepted within 90 days of original sale date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Spring Exchanges/Returns will be subject to a $15 PER SPRING, EXCHANGE/RESTOCKING FEE.

Springs Exchanged/Returned with paint in poor condition will be subject to an additional charge of $15 PER SPRING POWDERCOAT FEE.


One Spring Exchange Allowed Per Each Spring Originally Purchased.

Springs must be originally purchased from Daves Offroad Supply to qualify for spring exchange.

Springs must be returned in NEW condition. Springs returned in USED condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Custom Color Springs are not eligible for exchange. Viper Coils: Only standard colors of RED and BLACK qualify for Spring Exchange. Magnitude Springs: Only standard color of SILVER qualify for Spring Exchange.

Daves Offroad Supply reserves the right to decline any spring exchanges/returns.

Springs may be exchanged for ones of equal or lesser value. Customer is responsible for difference if replacement springs are valued at more than returning springs.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on spring exchanges. Shipping costs on return springs as well as replacement springs will be the responsibility of the customer.



Spring Exchange Procedure:

Please call (484-554-3584) or email ([email protected]) us prior to returning springs to get approval. You will also be provided with a spring exchange authorization number.

Have your authorization and ready to send your springs back? Include a note in the return box with the following:

  • Your Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Spring Return Authorization Number

  • Return Spring Size/Rates

  • Replacement Spring Size/Rates

***Failure to include this information will result in delay of getting you your replacement springs***

Once your return springs are received you will be contacted for payment on shipping of replacement springs.
